Shock Have you had any past experiences of being a Commander if so what did you do?  Somewhat was XO before we switched to clone wars was a CO on another server but it's having an ID crisis so meh Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) I wanted this position before we switch but i did not get it. I was the former XO under jenny. I have the most experience due to me being a former veteran shock on the server. I deserve this positon because of my former position and the experience i have. How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) TBH this queation is dumb it depends on the person how they impact or get impacted by others around them. I will impact this community in a positive way. I can try and help anyone else who wishes to impact this server in a positive way as well. What is the most important role of a Commander? To lead by example, force or direct chain of command. To show the best that a battalion can be and to train the new guys. Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) Step one claim an empty sim room or another area. Step 2 do standard questions (faces, formations, shooting training). Step 3 run through some questions. Step 4 baton 1v1. Step 5 if they pass, change name then a little more training on regulations. Any Extra Info we need to know about you? Negative.

-1 Little to no effort was shown throughout this application. Saying questions are dumb, giving one to two sentence answers. Just doing the bare minimum overall. Based on what you are showing us here, you will display the same exact attitude as a commander. Through this, you have not had great experiences in the past regarding positions of higher power.

-1  to be honest you act worse than me most of the time. The only reason I see that you got where you are is cause you are close-knit with people and are friends with higher-ups. The application sucks and shows to real willingness to work for it. I presume nothing will change or it would take a lot of time to change your attitude. You also have not been active recently I don't know if that's LOA but I think you could pop in the server or say something if you had time to write this. Improve your attitude and rejoin shock to learn the new procedures in place and such then maybe you would be considered but other than that its a no vote and no support at all for me.

Other than that yeah i need to redo it.

Granted that can be said for multiple people, I just think in your case its in the wrong time. So I will remain neutral, this can be changed if you manage to change in a good way![/color][/size][/b]

This sense of entitlement is not what represents a leader. You work to where you get at without creating an incredible amount of problems, unfortunately you have done otherwise creating endless amounts of conflicts revolving around your arrogance, not to mention that you are extremely inactive without just cause. Which also reflects poorly on your ARC position. 

-1 Sorry mank but it's a no-go for me, although you were the XO of shock in the other server, and you did alright for the most part. I feel like your activity has gone down and I haven't really seen anything that puts you over the other candidate.

For example, took a week long LOA, then took a "Day or two" LOA the DAY AFTER. That "DAY or two" LOA was on the 29th. Its the 2nd... Almost a week. SHK hasn't had a competent commander in a bit, (sorry mikah) The lack of activity would be a death wish for SHK.

You make good points (previous experience, you're a veteran on the server, etc) but the application feels rushed. The way you mention that "the way you want to impact the community" is a dumb question kinda confuses me. In my opinion that is a very important question. You will be impacting anybody who wants to join shock or is already in shock and you will be representing shock as a whole. The way you decide to shape and impact the shock battalion will be what people think and see of shock. If you don't think you will impact shock then that may cause many people to leave and join other battalions. In my opinion shock is the most important of all the battalions so there should always have quite a bit of active players. I honestly think you deserve shock but the way the application feels rushed and you ignore important questions just makes me think otherwise. I'm giving this neutral as I think that this has so much potential but needs a lot of work.[/color][/size]
