What regiment are you asking to be commander for? 224th Have you had any past experiences of being a Commander if so what did you do?  I was Commander Gree on Defcon Gaming Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) I want to hold a Commander position on this server because since I left my old community I have tried to find others to play on that I enjoyed. Since before joining TitanForge I havnt found a server that I actually enjoy playing on. I really enjoy playing on this server and I want to be able to keep and run an active battalion. Also the people within the 224th ive been able to talk with recently and have recently formed a small bond with and with this position I hope to take that bond even further. I do also want to thrive my self in this server to have one of the most sawed after battalions on the server. How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) With the rank of commander I can help the community by helping boost the playing count a little by keeping my battalion active. I can enforce basic rules and punishments within the 224th to help discipline the troopers within. I would also make a proper tryout for the 224th because the current used tryout is more of a training then a real tryout. Also make docs, like a roster when the time comes, training docs and basic rules of the 224th. And  I would try my best to make a new system about who can use which tanks during battle. What is the most important role of a Commander? The most important role of being a Commander is to make sure your Troopers are well behaved and entertained. If your troopers arnt entertained by trainings/patrols they wont have any motivation to play on the server and partake in your regiment, and to make sure your troops are well behaved so your regiment wont be known as a "Mingy Battalion". Also to make sure the NCOs and Officers are running smoothly with there position making sure they run frequent trainings and tryouts to improve the regiment. Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) 1st thing I would do is make a comms announcing the tryouts and give troopers wanting to tryout 5-7 min to get to the asked position. Once the troopers that want to tryout are there and ready I would ask them basic questions about the server and the 224th like "What is that main purpose of the 224th" "What types of tanks can the 224th use on the server"  and more like that, I would make the questions more advanced and deep if I get the position. After the question phase is done I would get a few tanks out to the tower and start with basic tank knowledge seeing if the troopers who are trying out know how to start the tank and operate it. After they learn  how to operate the tank I would bring them through formations with the tanks the basic ones that are taught during the recruit training phase. After that I would set up a semi difficult course for the trainees to navigate through seeing how well they are to navigate tough terrain they could encounter on the battlefield with both tanks. The last thing I would have them do in the tryout is target practice with both tanks seeing how there shooting is with the gunner seats and the main seats, setting up targets around a certain area and they have to hit them all within a certain time frame. Any Extra Info we need to know about you? I do work alot but when im off im pretty much lazy due to covid and stuff so i can get pretty active.
