I was an Executive Officer (Admiral was Removed and replaced with 3-4 XOs) in Republic Command on Defcon Gaming. I reshaped the whole regiment when it was dead into a thriving, and active regiment. The Regiment only had three officers and nobody else so I stepped up and sorted the regiment out. Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) I want to become the Admiral on this server so that I can reshape navy into a more active and involved regiment on this server. I've noticed that navy isn't really active on this server and they can be very useful in many roleplay situations. I really feel like navy could have a respected and purposeful use on the server if structured properly. I've revived a navy regiment before on a rather large server, and I'm confident I can do it here. How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) I believe I can make navy interesting and intriguing, most servers just have it where you rank up and roleplay all day, which can get very repetitive. I have lots of ideas I'd love to implement within the regiment if I am accepted as Admiral. I've done this before with a previous server and at least there my ideas proved to be effective and well liked within the regiment and community itself. What is the most important role of a Commander? Make sure the regiment is thriving, having active NCOs and officers is key to having active troopers. Also make sure your officers are in check, basically the Commander is just the overseer while sorting out any issues and corruption/Power abuse. Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences)  I'd personally like to send my tryout document I've prepared to management, as I would like to keep the tryout disclosed to the public so that future cadets don't have any content spoiled and won't be completely ready and prepared for the tryout. That’s mainly because I’m a EU member so I do come on just not when most of the server is not on hence why you don’t see me on often. Even when I come on during EU times I also like to cover US time to time  so that’s why you have seen me at certain times. There is also other factors like how active the server is on US Times that make me want to stay up and ruin my sleep schedule and lately the activity isn't helping out, I am also a very active player when I have motivation.

And posting a reply on another app while you are applying for Admiral seems a bit biased and thats not very professional and Admirals have to be professional @Nate

When I made an app for purge the other person who made an app told me everything I need to do better and I fixed that so its very much not unprofessional.
