I was the commander of the Nova Corps until the server shut down because the server went down. Also, due to the inactivity of the previous commander (not to throw Muzic under the bus), I feel I can turn the 212th around. The server could also use a bit more communication on the field during events and downtime. I also feel that I could revive the 212th, especially from its slight inactivity compared to other regiments.[/b]  [b]How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences)[/b][b]I would try my best to be as active as possible. I would also try to keep things enjoyable for everyone to the best of my ability. Hearing rumors and being told directly that a lot of people want to leave the 212th due to the absence of a commander makes me want to take charge here have had previous experience of being a commander.[/b] [b]What is the most important role of a Commander? [/b] [b]The most important role of a commander is not only to keep order on the server but to also serve others in a helping way and do the right (and smart) thing.[/b]  [b]Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences)[/b] [b]This could go many ways but I have one good one in mind. Start with questions, get their minds warmed up. I would ask things like “why do you want to join 212th” and “what can you bring to the table for the 212th” or things they know about the 212th. Then I would go on to do trigger discipline, have them empty a mag into a wall at one point and have a person run back and forth, you get what I’m saying. Then have them to rainbows, I can explain those in game if need be. Then test faces and formations, give them a mental break.
